Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• Experience with shipping, transportation, TMS or manifesting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level contact and proactive support for delivery software and devices.
• Assist with installation, updating, and routine maintenance of applications.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex issues.
• Distribute phones and laptops to employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Implement, configure, and test feasible solutions.
• Analyze data to improve processes and information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
