Job summary

Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL is seeking a Manager of IT Applications - Business Applications to lead development, testing, configuration, optimization and implementation services for key applications. You will manage full life-cycle delivery, align technology solutions with business goals, and drive efficient operations across facilities.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, governance participation, and a focus on improving patient and user experiences through innovative IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or relevant related industries.
• Two (2) or more years of leadership experience as defined as essential to the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and develop leading teams for high-performance outcomes.
• Provide support and guidance for solution implementation including planning, technical setup, building, testing, training, deployment, optimizing and support.
• Establish relationships with domain leaders to understand business and user needs; translate into clear specifications for operations.
• Lead or participate in governance committees to collaborate with stakeholders on priority and workload.
• Develop strong partnerships with other leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and synergies.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure systems meet or exceed organizational needs.
• Contribute to capital and operating budgets, policy development, governance, and talent management activities.
• Stay updated on latest technologies and promote adoption of relevant technologies.
