Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager of IT Engineering & Technical Services in Skokie, IL. This full-time, hybrid role leads a team responsible for the development, testing, configuration, optimization, and implementation of technology solutions across the organization.

You will oversee the full life cycle from strategic planning to launch, driving efficiency, improving patient and user experience, and enabling growth through innovative technology practices.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills essential.
• Experience managing processes, applications, or systems in healthcare or related industries.
• Ability to plan, lead and implement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drives end-to-end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and develops and leads teams for high performance outcomes.
• Provides support and guidance for solution implementation including planning, technical setup, building, testing, training, deployment, optimizing, and support.
• Establishes relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic business needs and user needs; identifies business requirements to guide specifications for ease of business operations.
• Lead or participate in governance committees to collaborate with key stakeholders about priority and workload.
• Develops strong partnerships with other leaders to identify synergies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborates with vendors to ensure systems and solutions meet Endeavor Health needs.
• Generates and presents reports to Management regarding effectiveness of infrastructure and makes recommendations for new technologies and processes.
• Remains updated on latest technologies and promotes adoption of industry best practices.
