Endeavor Health is seeking an IT Project Manager II to lead and deliver healthcare IT infrastructure projects across multiple sites in Illinois. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, partnering with clinical and IT teams to ensure secure, reliable operations and patient-centric services.

The role requires 3+ years of project management experience, proficiency with waterfall and Agile methods, and familiarity with Epic applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in healthcare IT infrastructure preferred.
• Experience with Epic applications and healthcare systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, facilitation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects within scope, time, cost; ensure business value is delivered.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and governance bodies; report status to leadership.
• Define objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements for projects or programs.
• Mentor and train junior project managers as needed.
• Maintain documentation, risk logs, and change control processes.
