Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager of Applications to lead the development, testing, configuration, and deployment of business applications across Salesforce and ServiceNow.

You will manage full lifecycle projects, align technology with clinical and operational goals, and drive partnerships with stakeholders, vendors, and IT leaders. This is a hybrid, full-time role in Skokie, IL, requiring healthcare IT experience and strong leadership in enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience leading Salesforce in enterprise/healthcare.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and enterprise integrations.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution portfolio and high-performance teams.
• Guide solution implementation from planning to deployment and support.
• Build partnerships with domain leaders to identify business needs.
• Governance participation and prioritization with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet Endeavor Health needs.
• Roadmap and strategy for Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms.
• Oversee lifecycle of Salesforce apps and integrations.
• Direct resources and manage vendor relationships for Salesforce admin/development.
