Job summary

Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL seeks a Manager of Applications to lead Salesforce and ServiceNow initiatives, overseeing development, testing, configuration, optimization, and implementation across the full lifecycle from planning to launch.

You will align technology with organizational goals, drive user adoption, manage vendors, and oversee governance, metrics, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications to support patient and user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three (3) or more years of experience managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or related industries.
• Two (2) or more years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and leads teams for high-performance outcomes.
• Provides support and guidance for solution implementation including planning, technical setup, building, testing, training, deployment, optimizing, and support.
• Establishes relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic business needs and user needs; translates into specifications.
• Lead or participate in governance committees to collaborate with stakeholders about priority and workload.
• Develops partnerships with other leaders to identify synergies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborates with vendors to ensure systems meet Endeavor Health needs.
• Supports budgets, policies, governance, talent management, and other duties as assigned.
• Keeps updated on technologies and promotes relevant implementations.
• Participates in HIMSS, CHIME, Epic UGM/XGM, VMWare World as appropriate.
• Collaborates across functional components for seamless delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Manages service delivery and SLAs for incidents, problems, maintenance, and enhancements.
