Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Manager of IT Applications - Business Applications in Skokie, IL. This full-time hybrid role leads Salesforce and ServiceNow initiatives, manages end-to-end IT applications, and aligns technology with clinical and operational goals.

You will drive lifecycle management, optimize workflows, and foster stakeholder partnerships to deliver innovative, integrated solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing processes, applications, or systems in healthcare or related industries.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Extensive experience leading Salesforce platforms in a large-scale enterprise or healthcare environment.
• Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or related certifications.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, workflow automation, data governance, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and leads teams for high-performance outcomes.
• Provides support and guidance for solution implementation including planning, setup, testing, training, deployment, optimization, and support.
• Establishes relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic business needs and guide specifications.
• Leads governance committees to collaborate with stakeholders on priority and workload.
• Develops partnerships with fellow leaders to identify synergies and improvements.
• Collaborates with vendors to ensure systems meet organizational needs.
• Oversees Salesforce and ServiceNow roadmaps and lifecycle efforts.
