Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Applications Analyst II to support a portfolio of clinical non-Epic applications, focusing on timely incident closure and small to mid-size projects.

You will translate business needs into technical specifications, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior teammates, and stay current with industry best practices while enhancing system efficiency in a hybrid role based in Skokie, IL or nearby Chicagoland sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, health informatics or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in a healthcare setting or related industries.
• Prior experience maintaining 3rd party applications.
• Able to communicate and translate complex technical terms for all customer groups.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team setting with strong project management skills.
• Mentor and educate junior team members and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, document, implement and test software solutions to meet workflow requirements.
• Actively monitors and resolves issues for enterprise applications and serves as escalation point.
• Collaborates with vendors and senior analysts to plan upgrades and enhancements.
• Leads functional, unit and user acceptance testing for portfolio applications.
• Lead small to medium sized projects and support larger programs per PMO processes.
• Design reports and prepare presentations on project activities and results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into build specifications.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Stay up to date with trends and innovations in relevant technologies.
