Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking an IT Analyst to join our Cleveland, OH office for in-office work. You will support the local office and regional IT efforts, handling daily helpdesk tasks and enterprise application support.

Ideal candidates bring a IT/CS degree (or related) with 0–2 years (or 3+ years with an Associates) and solid knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, AD, and basic networking. Travel to other offices as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT/CS with related experience.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive for business.
• Experience with Exchange 365, Windows Server, AD and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Helpdesk support to local and regional teams.
• Install and support office equipment and printers.
• Install and support enterprise applications.
• Perform data maintenance and data archiving.
• Assist with office moves and expansions.
