Zusammenfassung

Integra Connect is seeking a Help Desk support specialist for the Ohio office in Fairlawn. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office work 3 days per week from 8am to 5pm in Akron/Akron-area locations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of Help Desk experience, a BS/BA in IT or CS, and strong communication skills to assist employees, contractors, and occasionally customers with Microsoft applications and end-user technologies.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of Help Desk experience or related support responsibilities.
• BS/BA in IT, CS, or a related field required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to diagnose basic issues with minimal guidance.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support for end users via phone, remote access or email.
• Triages issues and resolves or elevates to team members as needed.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles in the ITSM.
• Maintain Help Desk coverage and support in the absence of colleagues.
• Participate in on-call rotation; approx. every 2-3 months.
• Assist with approvals for access requests and training materials.
