Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is seeking an IT Analyst to maintain a reliable IT environment with emphasis on desktop and mobile systems for Honda Center events. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting desktops, phones, printers, and mobile devices; supporting Microsoft 365 apps; and troubleshooting connectivity and POS systems.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience), plus 2+ years in IT desktop support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• A+ certification preferred.
• 2+ years of IT Desktop Analyst/ Desktop Support Analyst experience.
• Experience with Tanium or a similar endpoint management tool strongly preferred.
• Experience administering and maintaining user accounts in Microsoft Azure and on-premises Active Directory.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar help desk/ticketing system.
• Knowledge of databases, system security, and technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to support a diverse user community.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Apple and Android mobile devices.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to point-of-sale hardware and software.
• Assist with audio/visual systems and conference room setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues involving desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices.

IT Analyst

Pay Details: The starting hourly rate range for this position is $38.00 to $48.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will take internal value, peer equity, job-related factors, and other organizational considerations into account.

The IT Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining a reliable IT environment, with a focus on the availability and performance of desktop and mobile systems. This role requires knowledge of desktop and laptop computing, iOS devices, wireless networks, email systems, antivirus and malware protection, cybersecurity, and phone systems. The IT Analyst also provides technical support for events at Honda Center and surrounding event spaces, as needed.

• Ability to stand and bend for prolonged periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds
