Job summary

UW Athletics in Seattle seeks a Computer Support Analyst 2 to support over 250 desktops and live events across the Intercollegiate Athletics Village. You will provide Tier 1/2 help desk support, maintain Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Exchange, and proprietary apps like Paciolan, and assist with IPTV, network, and server tasks.

The role requires overtime, evenings, and weekend work to support games and events.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in programming and/or computer support services of a technical nature.
• Competent level of knowledge in Windows 95 through Windows 10.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with facility and event operations to support business operations and events; train users on software and OS; provide Tier 1 and 2 support.
• Maintain Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Exchange, and proprietary applications such as Paciolan; manage asset inventory and server configurations.
• Support live events including game-day A/V production; ensure network connectivity at venues; assist with ticketing systems and data workflows.
• Support internal ticketing system and donor systems; respond to hardware and software problems; apply patches and updates.
