Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent.
• A+ certification and strong IT fundamentals preferred.
• 2+ years in IT desktop/support roles with hands-on hardware.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Tanium) preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure AD and on-premises Active Directory.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar help desk systems.
• Knowledge of databases, security concepts and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to support diverse users.
• Good time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Valid CA driver's license and ability to work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support desktop hardware and systems.
• Set up and support phone systems (analog, cloud, IP).
• Configure, deploy, and support network printers.
• Provide technical support for Apple and Android devices.
• Support Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and Dynamics CRM.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and resolve POS hardware/software issues.
• Assist with AV systems and conference room setup and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot user issues with desktops, software, and mobile devices.
