Job summary
OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is seeking an IT Analyst to support and maintain a reliable IT environment for desktop and mobile systems, including iOS devices, wireless networks, email, antivirus, cybersecurity, and phone systems. The IT Analyst also provides technical support for events at Honda Center and surrounding venues.
The role involves configuring, deploying, and supporting hardware and software, Microsoft 365 suite, and AV setups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A+ certification preferred.
- 2+ years of IT Desktop/Support experience.
- Experience with endpoint management tools (Tanium preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AD and on-prem Active Directory; familiarity with ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and support desktop hardware and systems.
- Set up and support phone systems (analog, cloud-based, IP-based).
- Configure, deploy, and support network printers.
- Support Apple and Android mobile devices.
- Provide Office 365/Teams/Exchange/SharePoint/Dynamics CRM support.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Assist with POS hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Support audio/visual systems and conference room setups.
- Help resolve user issues with desktops, software, and mobile devices.
