Job summary

Bank of Hope in Gardena, CA, is seeking an IT Analyst I – Desktop to provide day-to-day consultation, training, and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and related computer systems. You will support handheld devices and peripherals, and assist with PC upgrades and equipment documentation.

The role requires handling tickets via phone and email, with some after-hours support as needed. Strong knowledge of MS Windows OS, AD, GPO, and MS Office/365 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot PC problems and basic network issues.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office suite.
• Strong Windows OS foundation including AD and GPO.
• Familiarity with MS O365.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day consultation, training, and troubleshooting to staff and end users for hardware, software, and related computer systems.
• End user support for handheld and peripheral devices.
• Implement performance upgrades to PCs (CPUs, NICs, RAM, etc.).
• Document desktop equipment failures, repairs, installations, and removals.
• Handle the ticketing system, phone and email support.
• Support may be required in emergencies, in person or remotely.
