Compensation
$60,000 – $65,000
What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or in person, resolving issues efficiently.
- Document user requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in ticketing and knowledgebase systems.
- Perform onsite desktop support including hardware installation, software upgrades, and application configuration.
- Assist with IT projects and hardware/software rollouts across multiple locations.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software, coordinating repairs and upgrades with vendors.
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve complex technical issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and mobile device troubleshooting (iPhone, iPad, Android).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, and Print Server administration.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced professional environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with attorneys, staff, and clients.
- Experience with desktop imaging, hardware repair, and system troubleshooting.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changes.
