Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex, unstructured workflows into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and system requirements for Agile/Scrum teams.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for internal AI solutions/tools and monitor performance, availability, and adoption.
• Triage and resolve or escalate incidents, access requests, and configuration issues related to AI platforms with IT infrastructure and vendors.
• Support governance activities including AI tool intake, risk/compliance reviews, and maintenance of an AI use-case inventory.
• Coordinate UAT, release notes, and training materials for AI solution updates and rollouts.
