• Proven ability to design and run experimentation programs with measurable lifts in search/AI performance.
• Fluency with SEO analytics tools and reporting for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Increase visibility across AI answer engines and high‑intent queries.
• Grow organic and AI‑referred traffic, conversions, and pipeline by aligning discovery with business goals.
• Publish content using AI agents and internal writers for technical topics.
• Create workflows for GEO, content, and product marketing teams to publish new content.
• Establish a repeatable GEO experimentation program and measure outcomes.
• Maintain technical health: Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawlability across high‑value pages.
• Embed GEO best practices into content workflows to improve AI citability and surfaced content.
• Build executive‑level reporting linking AI/SEO performance to business outcomes.
• Develop and socialize the Databricks GEO playbook.
