Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking an IT AI Product Owner to manage GEO monitoring and optimize AI-driven content accuracy across corporate assets. You will collaborate with IT, Marketing, Medical, and Regulatory teams to translate insights into practical content updates and governance.

The role demands a strong background in business/IT analysis within life sciences, plus hands-on experience with AI tools and SEO fundamentals to improve search visibility and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, CS, marketing or communications.
• 8-10+ years as a Business/IT/Digital Analyst or similar hybrid role in life sciences, pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
• Experience supporting or administering software/SaaS platforms, including requirements gathering, testing coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini) and interest in AI-driven search/content discovery.
• Understanding of GEO, AISO, AEO, LLMs, NLP, data chunking, knowledge graphs, and related AI concepts.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and GEO/AEO concepts (structured data, schema markup, citation optimization).
• Strong analytical skills to translate monitoring data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business workflows into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and system requirements for IT/engineering in an Agile/Scrum setting.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for internal AI solutions and tools; monitor performance and adoption.
• Triage incidents, access requests, and configuration issues for AI platforms with IT infra, vendors, and business owners.
• Support governance activities including AI tool intake, risk/compliance reviews, and AI use-case inventory maintenance.
• Coordinate UAT, release notes, and training materials for AI solution updates and rollouts.
• Monitor GEO across brands and assets in AI search/answers; flag misinformation or non-compliant representations.
