Job summary

Lilly seeks a senior leader to define and scale the enterprise GEO/AI-visibility program across the US and international markets. This role anchors strategy, governance, and vendor decisions, building dashboards to measure AI-surface performance and drive results.

You'll hire and develop a team of GEO practitioners, partner with Commercial, Medical, and International teams, and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure consistent brand visibility in AI-driven search landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years leading search or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM visibility, GEO or AEO programs.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise GEO/AI-visibility strategy.
• Build dashboards and reporting for real-time AI-surface performance.
• Audit gated content to ensure high-value material is accessible to AI engines.
• Align with cross-functional teams on a unified strategy.
