Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking an IT AI Product Owner to lead GEO monitoring and optimization of AI-driven content across corporate assets. You will bridge IT operations with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure accurate, compliant content across AI search results.

The role requires strong analytic skills, experience in life sciences environments, and familiarity with generative AI tools. This position partners with multiple teams to drive timely content updates and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, computer science, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Digital Analyst, or similar hybrid role in life sciences or healthcare.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms and strong interest in AI-driven search and content discovery.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business workflows into actionable user stories and system requirements for IT/engineering.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for internal AI solutions and monitor performance.
• Coordinate governance activities, risk reviews, and AI use-case inventory maintenance.
• Coordinate UAT, release notes, and training materials for AI updates.
• Prepare regular reports on AI solution performance and GEO monitoring insights.
• Partner with IT, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory for content updates.
