Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the CNIC program. The role involves RMF-based security authorization, SSP development, and continuous monitoring for U.S. DoD networks.

The position requires a TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and hands-on RMF/eMASS experience. The role may require travel up to 10% and coordination with stakeholders in North America and abroad.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant IT/Cyber training.
• Alternate: HS diploma with 10+ years cybersecurity/IT experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF authorization through SSP development and SIP gaps.
• Develop and implement RMF control suites and STIG mapping.
• Maintain IS security scanning tools and perform periodic scans.
• Develop SAR, POA&M, and IS security documentation.
• Assist with IS accreditation packages and continuous monitoring.
