Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the CNIC program on a Naples, Italy assignment. The role emphasizes RMF accreditation, SSP development, STIG alignment, and ISCM planning to secure IATO/ATO.

The candidate should hold a DoD TS/SCI clearance, an IAT Level II baseline, and 8+ years in cybersecurity/IT with RMF/eMASS experience. The position requires travel up to 10% and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• IAT Level II baseline certification.
• Bachelor's degree with IT/Cyber Security/CS or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity/IT knowledge.
• RMF and eMASS knowledge/experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to pass FIA/health requirements for AFRICOM travel.
• Valid U.S. Passport.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF categorization and SSP development for IS accreditation.
• Select applicable security controls and CCIs for the IS/SSP.
• Develop and implement ISCM plan/strategy.
• Implement and update security controls and monitoring artifacts.
• Develop/review Security Assessment Plan and SAR.
• Maintain IS security tools and conduct periodic scans.
• Develop and update POA&M, Security Authorization Package.
• Perform periodic assessment of security controls and remediation.
