Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the CNIC program. The role focuses on RMF accreditation, ISCM planning, and continuous monitoring, with a TS/SCI clearance and 8+ years of cybersecurity experience.

Travel up to 10% and U.S. citizenship are required. The position emphasizes SSP/SAR/POA&M development, security scanning, and ongoing control validation for DoD systems.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
• IAT Level II certification
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years cybersecurity/IT experience
• RMF and eMASS knowledge
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Ability to pass travel health requirements and obtain travel vaccines
• Valid/Active U.S. Passport

Responsibilities

• Support RMF accreditation and SSP development
• Select and implement security controls and CCIs
• Develop or review MOU/MOA and ISCM plan
• Implement and upgrade required security controls and conduct scans
• Develop, review, and approve Security Assessment Plan
• Develop and update SSP, SAR, and POA&M from continuous monitoring
• Update Security Authorization Package
• Perform periodic assessment of security controls
• Coordinate remediation actions based on monitoring results
