Job summary

Serco is seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the CNIC program. The role focuses on RMF accreditation, SSP development,ISCM planning, and continuous monitoring across a DoD environment requiring high security clearances.

Candidates should have DoD TS/SCI clearance, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and be willing to travel up to 10%. The work location is Naples, Italy, with US citizenship mandatory and robust security requirements.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree with technical IT/cyber security training or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF categorization and SSP development.
• Support security control selection and STIG guidance.
• Develop and implement ISCM plan/strategy.
• Implement and maintain security controls and scanning tools.
• Prepare SAR, POA&M, and Security Authorization Package updates.
• Conduct periodic assessment of security controls and remediation actions.
• Update SSP/SAR/RAR/POA&M based on continuous monitoring.
