Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Could observe potential security vulnerabilities and respond accordingly.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or support security inquiries.
• Monitor alarms, verify events, and dispatch to emergency services as needed.
• Document all interactions and generate reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
