Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to monitor security events and manage live audio communications with monitored sites from our on-site SOC. You will verify alarms, coordinate with customers and emergency services, and document all actions in real time.

The role requires quick decision-making, strong communication, and the ability to de-escalate incidents across three responsibility levels. Training is provided and the position is based in the Interface facility.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or security experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring professional interactions.
• Strong active listening to understand customer needs and provide timely responses.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with Office applications (Word/Excel) and basic report generation.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video systems.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and generate incident reports.
• Provide life safety support by coordinating dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Manage live audio interactions to de-escalate incidents and guide responses.
