Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an on-site Level 1 iSOC Coordinator in St. Louis to monitor security via advanced video/audio systems and conduct regular virtual tours. You will handle inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors, ensuring safety and rapid response to incidents.

The role emphasizes daytime hours with shift differentials for evenings/overnights and offers a monthly bonus program plus a new-hire bonus after onboarding. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 2 years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to stay calm under pressure in urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during openings, closings, or requests.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance systems.
• Take appropriate action including contacting customers or dispatching emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
