Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for on-site work in Saint Louis. The role involves managing real-time security events, performing alarm verification, video monitoring, and directing live two-way communications with monitored sites.

You will respond to incidents, de-escalate when needed, and generate detailed reports. The position offers 7:30-6:00pm shifts with 8–10 hour options, full benefits from day one, generous vacation and sick time, and performance and attendance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or security experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance.
• Respond to alarms and notify emergency services as required.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
• Control life safety monitoring and escalate as needed.
