Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events from our 24/7 operations center. You will handle live two-way audio interactions with monitored sites, verify alarms, escalate appropriately, and coordinate with emergency services.

The role requires strong communication, rapid decision-making, and experience in security operations. On-site schedule in Missouri with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts for customers during operations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; dispatch emergency services as needed.
• Provide life-safety support and accurate incident reporting.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents; de-escalate when possible.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
