Job summary

Interface Systems in Missouri is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, using live two-way audio to communicate with monitored sites and de-escalate threats. You will verify alarms, monitor video, coordinate with emergency services, and document all interactions for follow-up.

The role requires flexibility for 24/7 shifts, weekend availability, and strong communication under pressure. Training is provided and benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in customer service, dispatch, call center, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers via two-way audio/video systems during incidents.
• Answer inbound calls and support security system inquiries from customers and vendors.
• Verify alarms, monitor video, and document interactions in the system of record.
• Provide life safety support and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Arming/disarming and basic alarm support; de-escalate situations when required.
• Generate detailed incident reports and ensure proper follow-up.
