Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Verify alarms via video and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors and document interactions.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
