Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Monitor alarms, verify issues, and initiate appropriate escalating actions.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents with decisive communication.
• Provide life safety dispatch coordination to emergency personnel.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
