Interface Systems, LLC is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for an on-site role in St. Louis. You will handle live audio interactions, verify alarms, and manage incidents at monitored sites while coordinating with customers and emergency services.

The role requires strong communication, active listening, and calm decision-making under pressure. Benefits start Day 1, with guaranteed weekend/holiday coverage and a comprehensive pay structure including shift differentials.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Experience in security, dispatch, or call-center roles is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor alarm signals and verify incidents to ensure quick, accurate responses.
• Manage live audio interactions with individuals at monitored sites during events.
• De-escalate situations and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
• Provide life safety support and ensure timely dispatch to personnel.
