Job summary

Interface Systems, LLC is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for a 10:00 AM–6:30 PM shift at our St. Louis, MO office. The role involves real-time alarm verification, video monitoring, and direct live interactions with monitored sites to de-escalate threats and ensure rapid emergency response.

Training is provided and benefits start on Day 1. You will handle multi-level security operations, discharge duties from Level 1 to Level 3, and contribute to incident resolution with authoritative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system inquiries.
• Monitor alarms, verify incidents, and dispatch to emergency services when needed.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
