Job summary

Interface Systems in St. Louis is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with live audio, rapid decision-making, and direct site interaction. You will verify alarms, monitor video, and escalate as required to protect customers and responders.

Responsibilities span three levels of security operations, including documentation, reporting, and ongoing training within a fast-paced, tech-driven team. On-site with full benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Two years of customer service, dispatch or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and situational awareness.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual site tours.
• Conduct virtual escorts to ensure customer safety during operations.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Take action per instructions, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Monitor, verify, and respond to alarm signals.
• Video verify alarms to confirm incidents.
• Notify designated individuals about alarms per client instructions.
• Provide life safety dispatch and critical incident support.
• Provide basic arming/disarming and alarm resets assistance.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents with clear communication.
• Use two-way audio to intervene and de-escalate as needed.
• Handle loitering, trespassing, or other violations with rapid decisions.
• Document interactions and follow up on incident resolution.
• Generate detailed alarm response reports.
• Complete learning courses as required by Interface.
