Job summary

Vets Hired is seeking a proactive Front-of-House Manager to lead restaurant service, drive exceptional guest experiences, and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop the FOH team while partnering with kitchen, regional, and corporate teams to ensure safety, cleanliness, and budget compliance. This role requires strong communication, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising restaurant front-of-house operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience in recruiting and training employees.
• Ability to manage budgets and operational expenses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties, including standing, bending, and kneeling.
• Ability to safely operate restaurant equipment and tools.
