Island Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist the Food and Beverage Manager with planning and oversight of F&B operations in both front and back of house. You will plan and supervise a diverse team to ensure smooth and profitable operations while maintaining high standards of service.

This role may require flexible scheduling and a commitment to guest satisfaction, cost control, and regulatory compliance across outlets.

Qualifications

• Forecast revenue/expenses for food and beverage operations.
• Train staff on financial controls, cash handling, inventories, and receivables.
• Identify revenue and expense opportunities and potential issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of hotel food & beverage outlets.
• Plan and distribute team schedules in a timely manner.
• Maintain sanitation of F&B areas and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service.
