Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the F&B Manager in planning and supervising operations across front and back of house. The role includes forecasting revenue and expenses, scheduling staff, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and guest service.

The position may require flexible scheduling; we value a motivated team player with strong initiative who can handle fast-paced restaurant operations within a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Forecast revenue/expenses for F&B operations.
• Train staff in cash handling, inventories, and receivables.
• Identify revenue and expense opportunities and problems.
• Create and distribute team member schedules promptly.
• Supervise day-to-day F&B outlets; ensure sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning oversight of F&B operations for front and back of house.
• Plan and supervise activities of a diverse workforce to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with Food and Beverage Manager for short and long-term planning.
