Job summary

Red Hospitality & Leisure in the US Virgin Islands seeks a guest services associate to support airport arrivals, concierge services at a group kiosk, and charter logistics.

You will assist with bookings for spa appointments, dinners, boat trips, and off-site activities while coordinating transfers and special requests for group attendees. Flexibility to work events and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors/in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with airport arrivals and departures, dine-around transfers and dinner logistics.
• Coordinate offsite tours and partner communications for taxis and boats.
• Provide private concierge assistance at a group kiosk, booking spa appointments, dinners, boat trips, excursions, and activities.
• Greet guests for pre-boarding, assist the crew with charter details, payments, and departures.
• Escort guests to off-property activities and build relationships with corporate planners.
• Support international guests with customs forms and departure coordination (eNOAD and Sail Clear).
• Provide event support based on charter expectations: coordinate transfers and beach staffing.
