Job summary

ISLAND TIME WATERSPORTS CARIBBEAN LLC in the US Virgin Islands seeks a guest services associate to support arrivals, transfers, and on-site concierge for group events. You will greet guests, book spa appointments, dinners, boat trips, and off-site activities, coordinate transfers, and assist the crew with charter details and payments while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with airport arrivals and departures, dine-around transfers and dinner logistics.
• Provide oversight and handle partner communication for offsite tours (taxi and boat).
• Provide private concierge assistance at a dedicated group kiosk, booking spa appointments, dinners, boat trips, excursions and off-site activities.
• Greet guests for pre-boarding, assist crew with charter details, confirm guest count, complete payments and oversee departures.
• Escort guests to various off-property activities.
• Build relationships between corporate planners and RED Hospitality.
• Assist with customs forms (eNOAD, Sail Clear) for international guests and plane a smooth departure.
• Provide event support including transfers, logistics, beach staffing and on-board snorkel guidance.

Duties (NOT ALL INCLUSIVE):

• Assist with airport arrivals and departures, dine-around transfers and dinner logistics.
• Provide oversight and handle partner communication for offsite tours (taxi and boat).
• Provide private concierge assistance at a dedicated group kiosk. Agents will book spa appointments, dinners, boat trips, excursions, and off-site activities for group attendees.
• Greet guests for pre-boarding and assist the crew with final charter details, requested amenities, confirm guest count, complete payments, and oversee departures.
• Escort guests to different off property activities.
• Build relationships between corporate planners and RED Hospitality.
• International: Agents will greet guests for pre-boarding and assist with customs form completion (eNOAD and Sail Clear). Agents will assist the crew with final charter details, requested amenities, confirm guest count, complete payments, and oversee departure.
• Provide event support based on charter expectations: coordinate transfers, event logistics support, beach staffing, on-board snorkel guidance and various water-based assistance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or its equivalent from an accredited institution (Preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service and/or equivalent work experience PLUS

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be able to walk on various types of surfaces including rough terrain, sitting, standing, maintaining balance, on the beach, and in the water, and working alone.
• Must be able to work various work settings such as exposure to sunlight and outside temperature.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all persons contacted during the work.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply regulations and safe practices.
• Ability to operate assigned equipment, read and interpret documents.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely.
