Six Flags Darien Lake is seeking an IS Support Staff member to deliver first‑line technical assistance for park technology, including POS terminals, network, radios, clocks, and computing equipment. The role ensures operational tech across the park to guarantee a smooth guest experience.

The position requires basic IT knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to work outdoors or indoors with varying weather. Weekend and holiday availability during the season is expected.

Formación

• Must have or be pursuing basic IT fundamentals with Windows OS; familiarity with hardware.
• Customer service or help desk experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities; able to explain technical issues clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line technical support for park staff on hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, phones, and POS systems across the park.
• Support and monitor park Wi‑Fi and wired network infrastructure.
• Set up and maintain time clocks, access systems, and radios.
• Assist with software updates, system patches, and preventative maintenance.
• Document and track support requests using ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
• Ensure IT equipment is inventoried, labeled, and maintained.
• Collaborate with vendors or corporate IT on escalations.
• Provide on-call support for critical systems during park operating hours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure IT workspace.
