Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking an IT Technician to provide user support and assist the help desk, handling hardware, software, POS equipment, and network inquiries. You will unpack, configure, install, and dismantle POS and desktop devices, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, POS, networks, cameras, and mobile devices, and assist with new hardware and software testing.

Responsibilities

Provide support to users and assist with the help desk line.
Unpack, configure, install, and dismantle equipment including POS computers, desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, copiers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to desktops, laptops, POS, networks, cameras, and mobile devices.
Assist with configuration and testing of new hardware and software implementations.
Deliver amazing experiences and help guests create lifelong memories.
Interact with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
Gain skills, knowledge and experience for the future.
