Job summary

Six Flags New England in Agawam, MA is seeking a technical support specialist to install, deploy, and maintain IT systems and equipment across park operations. You will support guests and staff, manage POS and ticketing tech, and ensure network health and AV systems are running smoothly.

Qualifications

Experience providing technical support to end users
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
Willingness to work in a fast-paced park environment
Strong communication in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

Providing technical support to park guests and staff in a positive and professional manner
Deploying, installing, supporting, and maintaining IT systems and equipment including POS, network, and AV systems
Responding promptly to IT calls and coordinating with Corporate IT and contractors
Documenting issues and resolutions in help desk software
Completing daily park system audits and park walk-throughs
Performing daily pre-opening checks of critical park systems and data center review
Maintaining inventory of software and hardware assets
Monitoring sound and video equipment and enforcing park policies
Assisting in other park areas as needed
Performing incidental and related duties as required
