Job summary

Adventureland Park is seeking a qualified IT Support Intern to assist with setup and maintenance of networking systems and provide IT support during events. The role offers hands-on experience across hardware, software, and user support within a dynamic festival environment.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in an IT/Cybersecurity program or recent graduate, with strong English skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) a bachelor’s or master’s degree program with a concentration in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of work experience as an IT Technician or Support role preferred
• Previous IT Help Desk experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and maintenance of networking systems across IT infrastructure
• Provide IT support for special events
• Train end-users on IT platforms and maintain documentation
• Perform troubleshooting, installation, and repair of PCs and networks
• Support hardware and software needs for users and assist with cabling and system configuration
• Communicate outages and provide status updates to stakeholders
