Job summary

Six Flags Over Georgia is seeking an Information Systems Technician to support and rotate between park and on-site desk IT tasks. Responsibilities include handling audio/visual, desktop support, network operations, POS and e-commerce, printer, and server support with emphasis on both hardware and software knowledge.

The role requires 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. You will report to the IS Full-Time Supervisor and help maintain PCI, SOX, HIPAA compliance while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High-level attention to detail.
• Curious, process-oriented, self-motivated.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• On-Premise Tier 1 technical support for park staff.
• Document issues and time spent in incident-tracking system.
• Monitor, maintain, and service computer systems, POS, printers, ticketing, audio, and network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve software/hardware/network issues; escalate as needed.
• Maintain asset inventory of hardware and software.
• Provide end-user training for new applications.
• Enforce PCI, SOX, HIPAA, and other compliance measures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
