Transamerica is seeking a seasoned product leader for the retirement retail advisory portfolio. You will guide strategy, develop roadmaps, and work with distribution, finance, legal, and risk partners to deliver IRA-focused solutions.

You will analyze market trends, assess opportunities, and drive initiatives from concept to launch while ensuring regulatory compliance and business impact across a broad set of retirement products.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive product management, product development, product strategy, or financial industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing product workstreams, cross-functional initiatives, or product professionals.
• Extensive knowledge of financial or insurance products, plan administration, industry regulations, distribution channels, and market trends.
• Demonstrated success developing strategy recommendations and supporting complex product initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong financial acumen with experience evaluating product profitability, investment returns, and portfolio performance.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving, and recommendation-development skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and influencing capabilities with senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop product strategy proposals and roadmap recommendations for retirement advisory portfolio, focusing on IRA solutions and growth objectives.
• Own market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform product recommendations and strategic choices.
• Evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and partnerships through business case development and financial analysis.
• Partner with Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to shape strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Drive product development initiatives from concept to market launch, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
• Serve as a product subject matter expert and provide clear recommendations on direction and opportunities.
• Build relationships with distributors, consultants, TPAs, vendors, and industry orgs to gather insights.
• Coach and collaborate with product teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Present strategy proposals and portfolio updates to senior leadership for informed decisions.
