Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a senior market expert to develop and manage strategic relationships with institutional consultants, retirement plan advisors, and intermediary research teams. The role aims to increase awareness and adoption of retirement and Stable Value investment solutions across national distribution channels.

You will influence research outcomes, deliver market insights, and collaborate with internal teams to drive distribution success and credible market messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in advisor/consultant relations, institutional sales, or retirement solutions.
• SIE, Series 6 & 63, Life License or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Strong understanding of institutional advisor landscape, DCIO and Stable Value products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national engagement strategy with elite advisors and consultants.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with firms and research platforms.
• Serve as the primary external contact for assigned advisor relationships.
• Position retirement and Stable Value solutions to influence research outcomes and platform approvals.
• Lead advisor due diligence, RFP reviews, and research inquiries.
• Deliver investment messaging, performance insights, and thought leadership.
• Coordinate outreach with client executives and cross‑functional teams for consistent messaging.
• Support sales by strengthening advisor advocacy and access.
• Maintain advisor data in intermediary platforms (eVestment, Morningstar, Hueler).
• Track engagement, sentiment, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
