Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive product management, product development, or strategy experience in financial services.
• Minimum 3 years leading cross-functional product workstreams or teams.
• Deep knowledge of financial or insurance products, distribution channels, and market trends.
• Strong financial acumen with experience evaluating profitability and ROI for product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy proposals and roadmaps for retirement retail advisory solutions, focusing on IRA offerings.
• Lead market intelligence, competitive analysis, regulatory developments, and industry trends to inform product choices.
• Assess growth opportunities, investments, and partnerships with business cases and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Risk to shape priorities.
• Support end-to-end product development from concept through market launch, ensuring regulatory compliance and business outcomes.
• Act as a product SME, presenting recommendations to senior leadership on direction and opportunities.
• Build relationships with distributors, consultants, TPAs, vendors, and industry groups to gather insights.
