Job summary

Schwab is seeking a strategic product and offer management leader to shape retirement investment solutions for plan sponsors and participants. You will own evaluation, development, and management of investment products across the retirement platform, partnering across multiple internal teams and external providers.

You will navigate regulatory, operational, technology, and vendor ecosystems to deliver solutions that improve client outcomes and advance Workplace objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in retirement/wealth/investment financial services.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business case development capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic assessment, product development, and lifecycle management for retirement investment products and Workplace offerings.
• Evaluate market trends, regulatory developments, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases, product definitions, and executive recommendations for retirement income, stable value, and alternatives.
• Serve as product owner and SME ensuring readiness, risk management, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Digital, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Service teams to define requirements.
• Manage relationships with external providers, recordkeepers, asset managers, and fintechs.
• Support governance processes with data-driven analysis for leadership decisions.
• Monitor product performance and drive adoption and client satisfaction.
• Act as trusted advisor on retirement product trends within Workplace Services.
